MosaicPulse Privacy Policy

Effective: July 26, 2026

MosaicPulse synchronizes music, screen colors, and optional flashlight effects between devices in a live room. This policy explains the information used to provide that service.

Information we collect

We store the email address you use for your account and a securely hashed version of your password. Hosts may voluntarily upload audio or artwork for a live show. We also process room codes, room names, moderation reports, and basic server security logs such as IP address and request time.

How information is used

Information is used only to authenticate accounts, operate synchronized rooms, deliver host-selected show content, prevent abuse, respond to reports, and maintain service reliability. MosaicPulse does not sell personal information, show advertising, or track users across other companies' apps or websites.

Optional full-length crowd voices

When a host explicitly enables full-length crowd voices for a short audio upload, the MosaicPulse production server creates generic pitch, formant, and tone variants while preserving the complete timing and words of the original clip. The audio is not sent to an external AI provider, no transcript is created, and no speaker identity is cloned. The original upload and transformed audio variants are stored as host show content until deletion as described below. If the host leaves this option off, the uploaded audio is stored and played without this voice transformation.

Each device stores a random identifier locally to select one of the available voice variants consistently after reconnecting. That identifier is not sent to the MosaicPulse server and is not used for advertising or cross-app tracking.

Camera, seat and flashlight

The camera is used only when you choose to scan a ticket QR code. Scanned seat coordinates remain on your device and are used to select the correct screen pixel. Flashlight effects are disabled until you opt in on that device.

Storage and deletion

Account information is retained while the account exists. A host-created live room remains available until its host explicitly closes it. Host uploads are retained only as needed to deliver shows and are deleted when the host deletes the account. Moderation and security records may be retained when reasonably necessary to prevent abuse or meet legal obligations.

Your choices

You can delete your account and associated uploads from Settings inside the app. You can report a live room, block its host, decline camera access, and leave flashlight effects disabled.
